The founding ten
The founding ten.
We are choosing the first ten photographers we work with carefully, and we would like the finished websites to be ones we can show. So the first ten Starter builds are $75 instead of $149, in return for permission to show the work and to quote what you thought of it.

When the tenth is taken, this line changes and the price returns to $149. There is no countdown and no timer anywhere on this page, because the limit is real and does not need decorating.

Where the line sits
What we do not do, said plainly.
- Your domain name. Roughly $12 a year, paid by you, registered in your name. We will help you buy it, but we will not own it.
- Photography. The gallery is built from your photographs. We do not shoot, and stock images never go in.
- Logo design. If you have one we will use it. If you do not, we set your name in type properly, which is usually better than a bad logo.
- Ongoing hosting beyond the first year, unless you are on the Care Plan. It is a few dollars a month and you can host it anywhere.
Before you decide
What happens to the price if I say no after the preview?
Nothing happens. You do not pay, you do not owe anything, and you keep any ideas you liked. We would rather build ten previews and convert five than pressure one person into a site they did not want.
Can I start on Starter and move to Pro later?
Yes. You pay the $200 difference and we do the copywriting, SEO and booking form as a second pass. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch and nothing is wasted.
Is the Care Plan required to keep the site online?
No. The site is a normal website on your own domain and you can host it anywhere for a few dollars a month, or move it to another developer entirely. The Care Plan buys you not having to think about it.
Do you take payment up front?
No deposit, ever. You pay once the preview is built and you have decided you want it. That is the entire model.
