No. Most clients never speak to us on the phone. Everything happens by email, which suits photographers who are shooting or editing most of the week.

Bring one, or we'll help you register it. It's registered in your name and you own it outright.

Only after you've seen your preview and decided you want it live. There is no deposit and nothing to pay up front.

You pay nothing. That is the entire point of building it first — if the preview doesn't clearly beat your current site, we've simply not earned the work.

The first 10 clients get the Starter package at $75 instead of $149, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to use the project as a portfolio example. When the tenth spot is taken, pricing returns to $149.

No. The package price is the price. A domain, if you don't have one, is roughly $10–12 a year paid to the registrar in your own name — we don't mark it up.

You do, completely. Everything is portable and yours to take anywhere, at any time, with no permission needed from us.

No. It's $29 a month, entirely optional, and you can cancel any time. It covers hosting, edits, seasonal photo refreshes and small ongoing improvements.

Yes — you get the login details. Most photographers would rather send us a message and have an edit done for them, which is what the Care Plan is for.

Two rounds of revisions are included within the first week. After that, edits are covered by the Care Plan, or quoted individually if you're not on it.

We can't promise bookings and no honest person can — that depends on your work, your prices and your market. What we can promise is that your presentation stops being the reason someone books a competitor.
